Sustainable System Solutions has won a potential 10-year, $896.7M contract from the U.S. Army to modernize testing infrastructure at range facilities operated by the Department of Defense. The Herndon, Va.-based company will design, develop, integrate, test and field systems under the Modernizing Instrumentation Solutions for Test and Evaluation program, the Army said Monday in an award notice.

Manson to Build Navy Submarine Pier Extension Under $89M Contract

Manson Construction has won a potential $89.4M contract to help the U.S. Navy extend a service pier for Seawolf-class nuclear-powered attack submarines. The company will build a single-level submarine berthing platform that is 520 feet long and 68 feet wide at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor in Silverdale, Wash., the Department of Defense said Monday.
