She will be responsible for developing campaigns and building relationships with the company’s industry partners and customers with the goal of building Spear’s brand in the federal market, the company said Tuesday.
Harris will also work with the company’s business development team on forming partner alliances, researching customers and conducting competitive analysis.
“Kelly will have a key role in the execution of Spear’s corporate strategy for driving growth and recognition in the marketplace, ” said Richard Pineda, CEO and co-founder.
Harris joins the company as it marks one year since its founding, Pineda added.
While at ID, she was responsible for identifying alignment opportunities with partners and customers and creating programs for marketing and partnerships.
