Beth McCall has joined Vienna, Va.-based information technology services provder Spear as senior vice president for the federal civilian division.
McCall brings 25 years of federal IT experience to her new role, where she holds responsibility for sales and business development in federal markets such as healthcare, the company said Tuesday.
Spear said McCall will aim to help the company grow through her background in strategic capture and alliances, sales execution, competitive and financial analysis and strategic pricing.
“Beth will be instrumental to accelerating the existing growth trajectory and delivering operational excellence within the organization, ” said Richard Pineda, CEO and co-founder of Spear.
McCall will also oversee operations and growth of Spear’s federal civilian contracts.
Before joining Spear, McCall spent seven years as vice president of the federal civilian business at Intelligent Decisions, where she was responsible for helping ID grow its federal civilian market presence. through diverse product and services portfolio, solution bundling and human resource management.
McCall also served as the director of federal sales at Telos Corp., helping the company deliver its security products to the federal civilian market.
