The Koa Lani joint venture has won a potential 10-year, $854M contract to help the U.S. Navy manage the Pacific Missile Range Facility in Hawaii.
The service branch received three offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through an 8(a) small business set-aside competition and will obligate $20M at the time of award, subject to funding availability, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Work is scheduled to initially conclude in December 2025 and will extend through 2030 if the option is exercised.
