GRVTY announced Tuesday that it has appointed Mark McNeely as its chief administrative officer. McNeely recently joined the board of advisers of TechnoMile, a company that specializes in artificial intelligence-enabled operating systems.
In his new position, McNeely will oversee facilities, supply chain, procurement, contracts, information technology and security.
What Is Mark McNeely’s Career History?
From May to December 2025, McNeely was CAO of AV, previously known as AeroVironment. Prior to that, he spent more than four years at BlueHalo before it was acquired by AeroVironment. He started as senior vice president of contracts and procurement and later became CAO.
McNeely served as vice president of contracts at Belcan, now a Cognizant company, and at technology services firm Centauri. In 2016, he became senior manager of government-wide acquisition contracts and operations at CSRA. He was later promoted to GWAC director. CSRA was acquired by General Dynamics in 2018.
McNeely spent more than six years at ICF as contracts manager and afterward director of policy and General Services Administration contracts. He was GSA manager at Softchoice in 2006, before it was purchased by World Wide Technology.
What Is GRVTY?
GRVTY is a defense technology firm that develops software for cyber operations, artificial intelligence and data analytics for space missions, signals intelligence and electromagnetic warfare. In the past year, it reorganized its C-suite to bolster its leadership team. GRVTY appointed former First CIA Assistant Director for Cyber Intelligence Peter Ranks as chief strategy officer, former Kymeta chief revenue officer and executive vice president Tom Jackson as chief growth officer, and Retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Phil Root as chief technology officer.
