CTI has secured a five-year, $188M contract under the General Services Administration’s Small Business Innovation Research program to integrate technologies into manned, unmanned and cloud platforms intended for the military.
The McLean, Virginia-based company said Tuesday it will perform software development and engineering work as part of the SBIR Phase III award from GSA’s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center.
Dustan Hellwig, CEO and chief technology officer of CTI, said the Multi-Domain Analysis, Evaluation, and Software for Tactical and Remote Operations contract provides the company an opportunity to transition technologies it developed through the program to military exercises and experimentation efforts.
Under the SBIR program, the company developed multiple tools meant to help military users manage air, ground, and sea missions, analyze large amounts of tactical and operational data, identify force vulnerabilities, visualize navigation and timing environments and secure applications in the cloud.
