Howard Ruddell
Howard Ruddell, a former Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) executive, was named the new Social & Scientific Systems executive vice president for corporate development.
Ruddell has worked in the government professional services sector for more than 20 years and oversaw strategic planning, business development and operations for federal, state and local clients, SSS said Dec. 1.
“SSS has significant growth plans and Howard will add considerable depth of experience to our leadership team as we grow, ” said SSS President and CEO Kevin Beverly.
Ruddell held various executive positions at Lockheed prior to the appointment.
