Matthew Calderone Steps Down as Booz Allen’s CFO, Joins S&P Global Mobility

Matthew Calderone is stepping down from his role as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Booz Allen Hamilton, according to the consulting firm’s regulatory filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission. His last day at the company will be on Feb. 1, 2026.

Kristine Martin Anderson, Booz Allen’s chief operating officer, will assume CFO responsibilities on an interim basis while the company searches for Calderone’s successor.

Who Is Matthew Calderone?

Calderone is a long-time Booz Allen executive, logging in over two decades of service at the government contractor.

He also served as executive for the company’s global commercial business for seven years before joining Boston Consulting Group as principal of organization and retail practices in 2007. He returned to Booz Allen in 2010 as vice president of the company’s national security group, according to his LinkedIn.  

The executive holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland and a master’s in business administration from the Yale School of Management.

What Is Next for Matthew Calderone?

Calderone will join S&P Global’s mobility business as CFO starting March 1, 2026. In his next role, the executive will oversee the mobility business’s finance functions as it prepares to separate from S&P Global and transform into a standalone company.
