In this capacity, Kilcoyne will lead operations, develop and implement business plans, play a role in the company’s acquisition strategies, drive collaboration and facilitate the implementation of strategic objectives, the company said Wednesday.

Who Is Lauren Kilcoyne?
Kilcoyne brings over two decades of operational and leadership experience to her role as COO, with expertise spanning artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, systems engineering, IT and business development.
The Villanova University computer engineering graduate holds a master’s degree in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
“As COO, my focus will be on ensuring overall operational performance of the company and driving excellence and efficiency and maximization of our employee-owners’ shareholder value,” said Kilcoyne.
