David Trulio
David Trulio, former director of operations at Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) international sales organization, has been appointed vice president for international government affairs and operations and regional executive for Latin America at Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) overseas business.
Trulio will work to develop the strategy to grow Lockheed Martin International‘s presence in Latin America and manage partnerships in the region, the company said Monday.
“David has a wealth of experience, exceptional industry knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the international marketplace, ” said John Rood, senior VP of the Lockheed Martin International business.
Trulio is a former special assistant to the president and served as executive secretary of the White House’s Homeland Security Council from 2006 to 2008.
He was a corporate transactional lawyer in Los Angeles at O’Melveny & Myers and has earned degrees from Harvard Business School, Columbia University School of Law and Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
