JJR Solutions has promoted six executives as part of a company reorganization meant to advance strategic growth efforts.
Dan Marion, former chief marketing officer at JJR, will transition to the role of chief strategy officer and continue to oversee market development initiatives while helping the company maintain competitive advantage and align its cross-departmental functions to deliver better customer experience, the company said Thursday.
Jill Delaney-Shal, most recently senior vice president of client experience, will lead project execution and quality delivery efforts for all contracts as executive VP of customer mission success.
David Hart, former SVP of business development, has been named EVP of business development and strategic relationships and will help build up business relationships and strengthen partnerships.
David LaBarca, most recently a portfolio director for the company’s Department of Veterans Affairs, will serve as VP of veteran and military health and oversee growth initiatives and talent management efforts.
Eric Lundgren, former corporate finance director, will lead accounting, project control, purchasing and post-award contract and subcontract administration efforts, as VP of finance.
Mandy Thompson, most recently director of growth services, will help raise awareness about Small Business Innovation Research contracts and support customers during the pre-award process as VP of growth services.
