SAIC has secured a $95 million contract from the Government Accountability Office to provide enterprise IT services under the Technical Information Services program.
The company said Thursday the award covers end-to-end IT support intended to modernize GAO’s technology environment and improve system performance, security and user experience across the agency.

What Will SAIC Deliver Under the TIS Contract?
Through infrastructure support and platform enhancements, the initiative shifts GAO toward an automated, data-driven environment. These upgrades embed cybersecurity controls and compliance measures into the core system architecture to maintain a robust security posture.
The company said it will apply agile delivery practices and digital engineering methods to support continuous updates and reduce operational risk. The contract also includes transition planning to maintain service continuity during modernization efforts.
“Our partnership with GAO is about moving from legacy operations to a modern digital enterprise,” said Srini Attili, executive vice president of SAIC’s civilian business group.
“We are bringing a transformation mindset, not just tools, to help GAO become a technology leading agency. By modernizing applications, enabling a secure multi cloud environment, and leveraging low code, no code, and artificial intelligence, we will help GAO operate faster, smarter, and with greater confidence in its technology foundation,” added Attili, a 2026 Wash100 Award recipient.
How Does the Award Align With SAIC’s Broader IT Modernization Work?
The GAO contract builds on SAIC’s recent federal IT modernization efforts across civilian and defense agencies.
In January 2025, the company secured a potential $123 million Federal Aviation Administration contract to provide IT support services for the FAA Enterprise Services Center, including systems integration, hosting and information security functions.
SAIC has also expanded partnerships focused on digital transformation and risk reduction. In July 2025, the company partnered with ServiceNow to integrate AI-driven capabilities to improve government IT resilience and automation.
SAIC has also collaborated with Defense Unicorns to streamline secure software deployment for the Department of War and teamed up with Bluescape to provide a secure virtual workspace for mission-critical operations to the DOW and space, intelligence and civilian agencies.
