The request for proposals, posted on SAM.gov on Friday, stated that the contract will have a maximum performance period of two years, divided into two one-year ordering periods, and a guaranteed minimum value of $4 million.
The selected vendor will provide operational support, encompassing case management, court tracking and residence verification, alongside technology-enabled monitoring services, including GPS ankle and wrist bracelets, and telephonic and biometric mobile reporting applications.
The contractor will also be required to conduct office and home visits at varying frequencies, manage alerts and exceptions, and provide extended case management where necessary.
Work will be performed in various locations in the United States.

Proposals are due Sept. 1, with questions from vendors to be accepted no later than Aug. 21.
