Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) will provide technical, intelligence, management and financial support services to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence under a potential seven-year, $375 million contract.
The single-award contract includes intelligence management, analytic, systems analysis, systems integration, cybersecurity, counterintelligence, information technology project management, logistics, security and risk management support and other technical services, the company said Wednesday.
Roy Stevens, president of the intelligence group at Leidos and a 2023 Wash100 winner, said the company has supported ODNI for 17 years and looks forward to continuing the delivery of services for the agency mission.
Leidos will also support facilities and related assets and provide science and technology support under the cost-plus-award-fee contract, which has a one-year base term and six option years.
