He brings to Oracle 27 years of experience as a civil servant and will oversee the company’s efforts in delivering support and building partnerships with DOD, the U.S. intelligence community and other federal agencies, DC3 said Wednesday.
Specht has more than two decades of operational and executive experience addressing criminal, insider threat, cybersecurity, program security, fraud, counterintelligence and supply chain risk management challenges.
Prior to joining DC3, he served as executive director of the Air Force’s office of special investigations, where he led law enforcement and counterintelligence investigations and operations within the service branch. He also held the roles of director of the Air Force Special Investigations Academy and special agent at AFOSI.
Specht also worked at the National Reconnaissance Office as deputy director of the office of security and counterintelligence.
