Boulder, Colo.-based electronic monitoring systems provider BI has received a potential $2.2B contract from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to provide support services as part of the fourth iteration of the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program.
The Department of Homeland Security’s ICE announced the contract award in a notice published Monday.
ISAP is an alternative to detention program and helps individuals ensure compliance with court appearances, final court orders and release conditions using case management systems and location monitoring platforms.
The ISAP IV indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract includes GPS monitoring, community-based supervision, telephonic and in-person reporting and biometric technology monitoring services.
