A joint venture between Metis and Celestar has won a $100M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s administrative functions.
Metis Celestar JV will receive $3.2M in agency funds to carry out the first task under the single-award IDIQ, which has a five-year base period, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
DCSA received 40 proposals for the contract via a competitive solicitation on the FedBizOpps website.
Work will primarily take place at DCSA’s headquarters within the Russell-Knox Building in Quantico, Va., and at other field offices of the agency.
Metis supports training, intelligence analysis and operational activities of U.S. federal customers, while Celestar provides advisory and support services to government clients across the globe.
