CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has secured a potential three-year, $194M task order to deliver information technology management support services to the Department of Homeland Security™s Transportation Security Administration.
The company said Tuesday it will modernize TSA™s enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity posture, as well as provide assistance to 60K of the agency™s employees as part of the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions II contract.
The task order also covers the development of technologies that will contribute to TSA™s execution of existing and future automation and virtualization efforts, which includes using cloud-based platforms to host a portion of its IT operations.
CACI brings a portfolio of products and services in enterprise IT management and modernization such as those for cloud transition and security of critical networks and data, according to Ken Asbury, president and CEO of CACI and a five-time Wash100 awardee.
He added that the firm’s IT offerings will help the agency protect the national transportation system for civilians and commerce.
