Agile Defense announced Wednesday that it has appointed Carrie Supko as homeland security vice president, former business development vice president for national security and justice at Quantum Sky.
In her new role, Supko will work closely with growth and delivery teams to drive results on current programs and expand its homeland security portfolio.

What Is Supko’s Professional Background?
Supko joins Agile Defense with 25 years of experience leading strategic growth initiatives across the federal civilian market, particularly mission-critical capabilities and complex IT and cybersecurity portfolios. She worked for three years at federal technology firm Allyon as vice president of federal services, facility security officer and insider threat program senior official. She was also part of Peraton as a business development executive for diplomacy and justice.
Supko worked at CACI in 2018 as the company’s director of growth and strategy for capabilities and technology integration. She was also part of the company from 2013 to 2016 as senior program manager of White House, state, local and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity programs.
In 2017, Supko was a national security business development executive at General Dynamics Information Technology. Prior to that, she was appointed as director of business development for the federal civilian sector at SAP National Security Services.
Earlier in her career, Supko also worked for organizations such as the IJIS Institute, Drakontas and Lockheed Martin.

Supko’s appointment comes a month after the company named Benjamin Shotzberger as vice president of the Department of Homeland Security business development. In April, Agile hired Shawn Tyrie, a former account executive at Amazon Web Services, as its chief revenue officer. It also chose government contracting veteran James Nowotny as vice president of justice and national security. At the beginning of 2026, Agile named Joe Taylor as vice president and customer account executive for combatant commands and the fourth estate.
