Valiant Integrated Services has received a potential three-year, $140M contract to provide training support services for the Army National Guard.
The company said Monday it will support the service™s readiness efforts through the delivery of live, virtual and constructive training platforms to troops and formations at more than 50 locations worldwide.
“We are extremely pleased and excited about this contract award and joining the ANG Mission Command Training Program in support of National Guard soldiers’ service to both community and country,” said Valiant CEO James Jaska.
“This contract expands our Army training business and further enables us to contribute to the training and readiness of our defense and civilian agency customers, Jaska added.
The contract award came three months after Valiant completed its approximately $135M cash acquisition of Cubic™s (NYSE: CUB) global defense services business as part of efforts to expand its technical platforms and service offerings in training and readiness markets.
