KBR (NYSE: KBR) has agreed to purchase Australia-based information and communication technology services provider Sigma Bravo for an undisclosed sum in a move to broaden its government services offerings.
Sigma Bravo will become part of KBRwyle and will retain its existing structure to facilitate business continuity, KBR said Monday.
Stuart Bradie, KBR president and CEO, said the acquisition would help KBR build up its government services business in Australia and advance strategy to grow its technology and service offerings for agency clients.
