Raytheon Lands Army Logistics Contract Modification for Counter-RAM Ground Weapons


Raytheon logoThe U.S. Army has awarded Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) a $23.5 million contract modification to provide logistics support services for the military branch’s counter-rocket, artillery and mortar land-based weapons system.

Raytheon’s missile systems unit will perform contract work in Tucson, Arizona and is scheduled to finish work July 11, 2018,  the Defense Department said Wednesday.

The Army Contracting Command obligated $12.1 million at the time of award from the Army’s fiscal year 2014 other procurement for the contract.
