Naval Supply Systems Command Seeks Proposals for WEXMAC 2.0 Contract

The Naval Supply Systems Command has started seeking proposals for a potential $10 billion Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract, or WEXMAC, 2.0 to enhance U.S. operational readiness.

According to the notice posted on SAM.gov Monday, NAVSUP is soliciting proposals from contractors capable of providing critical logistics, services and supplies to support emerging Territorial Integrity of the United States, or TITUS, requirements.

Enhancing Global Military Operations

The WEXMAC 2.0 contract aims to bolster global military operations of the Geographic Combatant Command’s joint operations, coalition partners and other federal agencies by supporting the six phases of military operations. The expanded contract is intended to aid in setting and sustaining the theater to ensure responsiveness by providing theater opening support, sustainment, theater distribution, stability operations and Defense Support of Civil Authorities support, including Temporary Staging Support to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.

Under the contract, the awardee will provide humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, contingency, exercise, lodging, logistics, water-based and land-based support. It also covers services and supplies such as base operations and life support, construction and material handling equipment, crane services, lodging and conference. The contract also includes catering, medical services, force protection, communication, logistics and transportation, petroleum, oils, lubricants, food rations, water supplies, clothing, personal items and other supplies.
