CACI Reports Revenue Growth, $2.2B in Contract Awards for Q3 FY26

CACI International has reported an 8.5 percent year-over-year increase in revenue to $2.4 billion and EBITDA of $289.7 million, a 12.3 percent margin, for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. The Reston, Virginia-headquartered company said Tuesday that it is also raising its full-year revenue guidance to reflect expected growth following its March acquisition of ARKA Group.

What Major Contracts Did CACI Win in Q3 FY26?

During the period ending March 31, CACI secured $2.2 billion in contract awards.

Notable wins include a contract valued at up to $371 million to continue supporting an intelligence community customer, along with a five-year, $306 million task order to provide software development and sustainment services for the Defense Agencies Initiative’s Global Model for the Defense Logistics Agency.

The company also secured a seven-year contract worth up to $287 million to support the modernization of the Army’s Integrated Personnel and Pay System. Additional awards include a task order valued at up to $231 million to provide satellite communications support to U.S. Special Operations Command and a $85 million task order for engineering and technical support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock.

CACI’s reported total backlog of $33.4 billion, up 6.4 percent YoY, with funded backlog rising 19 percent to $5 billion.

What Is CACI’s Fiscal Year 2026 Guidance?

CACI said its updated fiscal year 2026 guidance reflects expected contributions from its March acquisition of ARKA Group, including approximately $150 million in revenue with related transaction expenses and additional interest expense.

The company raised its full-year revenue outlook to a range of $9.5 billion to $9.6 billion, up from its prior guidance of $9.3 billion to $9.5 billion. It also increased its expected EBITDA margin to between 11.8 percent and 11.9 percent, compared with its earlier projection of 11.7 percent to 11.8 percent.

CACI’s $2.6 billion acquisition of ARKA Group added electro-optical/infrared and hyperspectral imaging technologies and artificial intelligence-enabled software to its portfolio of services supporting national security and defense missions.
