CACI Wins $855M Army Intel, Logistics & Engineering Support Contract

CACI International has won a potential five-year, $855 million contract from the U.S. Army for global intelligence, logistics and engineering support services. 

According to an award notice published Wednesday, the Army launched a full and open competition for the firm-fixed-price contract.

The Department of Defense said three offers were received for the contract, which has an initial amount of $147.5 million.

CACI’s federal business will perform work at Fort Belvoir in Virginia through May 23, 2030.

Army Contracting Command is obligating $1.1 million in fiscal 2010 operations and maintenance funds.

Global Intelligence Logistics & Engineering Contract Scope

According to a solicitation published in October, the Army Intelligence and Security Command, or INSCOM, G-4 is responsible for delivering integrated facility and logistics support to ground and airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems and intelligence operational facilities.

INSCOM G-4 has a non-personal services requirement to provide multidisciplined engineering, maintenance, facilities, sustainment and logistics support for the Army INSCOM Headquarters and its major subordinate commands, Joint Forces, Army Intelligence, combatant commands and the Intelligence Community.

According to the performance work statement, services include program management; logistics planning, programming and services; engineering; software development, logistics and facilities, G-4 Portal management; sustainment and maintenance of intelligence systems; hardware design and integration; network management; support to technology development and application.

The military branch expects the services to be acquired under the contract to support operational, tactical and strategic intelligence units, ground and aerial intelligence equipment, personnel, operation facilities and infrastructure from multiple locations.
