The U.S. Army has awarded Hospital Housekeeping Systems a spot on a potential seven-year, $940 million firm-fixed-price contract for operation and maintenance services in support of specialized medical facilities.
The Department of Defense said Tuesday 17 bids were received through an online solicitation.
Initial Army Award
In July 2024, the Army named 12 contractors on the contract: BryMak-FSI Joint Venture, CBRE, Dynamics-Hospital Housekeeping Systems JV, EMCOR Government Services, Facility Services Management, Frontline King George JV, J&J Worldwide Services, King & George, Quality Services International, Valiant Government Services, VW International and Zero Waste Solutions.
The awardees will compete for each contract order, which will determine work locations and funding.
Work is expected to be completed by June 25, 2031.
