The draft includes templates for contractor teaming arrangements, small business engagement, relevant experience, emerging technology projects, subcontractor experience and past performance ratings.
The multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers IT services such as agile development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, zero trust network, biometrics and identity management, cybersecurity, quantum computing, robotics process automation and software development.
More than 40 vendors offer integrated IT products and services to over 100 government agencies under the current Alliant 2 GWAC.
