Brown brings over two decades of experience overseeing strategic and business development programs across the government, commercial and military satellite communication sectors.
The U.S. Navy veteran previously served as a project manager at information technology services provider Advance C4 Solutions.
His military career includes time as a telecommunications manager at Joint Special Operations Command and a telecommunications specialist at the Joint Communications Unit.
