Andy McCann Joins Deep Water Point & Associates as SVP, General Manager

Andy McCann, formerly assistant vice president of global sales education at Cognizant, has joined Deep Water Point & Associates as senior vice president and general manager.

He announced his new post on LinkedIn and assumed the role after leading sales training and coaching at Cognizant for more than five years.

McCann was VP at CSRA, now part of General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology division, overseeing business development for defense sector customers.

Before that, he served as senior VP at Dell Services Federal Government, where he led sales, go-to-market and growth strategies.

His industry career also includes time as VP and geographic sales leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and VP and strategic sales executive at EDS Group.
