Sean Vineyard has assumed new responsibilities as senior vice president of growth operations at Tria Federal. The Arlington, Virginia, company said in a LinkedIn post Wednesday that Vineyard will lead efforts to drive enterprise business development and execute its capture and growth strategy.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to deliver mission-driven digital solutions that produce clear, measurable ROI for our federal health and public safety partners,” Vineyard stated. “With the outstanding team we have at Tria, I’m confident we will redefine what mission performance looks like across the federal landscape.”

Who Is Sean Vineyard?
Vineyard most recently served as Tria’s vice president of business development, a role he has held since June 2025. He also held the role of vice president of business development for military and veteran health.
The executive also previously led as vice president at Federal Advisory Partners, which acquired Favor TechConsulting and Universal Consulting Services in 2022 and transformed into Tria Federal in March 2023.

Vineyard was a partner and managing director at 11th Hour Service and held roles at Kearney & Company and Deloitte earlier in his career.
What Is Tria Federal?
Tria Federal is a government services provider specializing in federal IT transformation, digital services and AI capabilities. One of its offerings is Tria Forge, a generative AI platform launched in September to help organizations develop and deploy AI tools.
In October, the company joined the ServiceNow Partner Program to support agency digital modernization through AI-driven workflow automation and enterprise platform delivery.
