Amy Hogan has been elevated to chief information officer of Exostar. She becomes the firm’s first CIO in its 26-year history, the Herndon, Virginia-based company said Thursday.
What Will Amy Hogan Oversee as CIO?
Hogan’s promotion supports Exostar’s expansion under Arlington Capital Partners. She will lead enterprise IT, platform enablement and technology strategy, while working with product and engineering teams to drive performance and innovation across its platform and network of more than one million users. Her responsibilities also include aligning technology investments with the company’s offerings and supporting operations across that network.
Who Is Amy Hogan?
Hogan is a technology executive who aligns enterprise systems, artificial intelligence and business strategy. She has led digital transformation, modernized architecture and scaled platforms to reduce costs and support growth. Her experience spans enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, human capital management, software-as-a-service operations and mergers and acquisitions due diligence.
The new CIO has spent more than 15 years at Exostar, most recently as vice president of enterprise systems and solutions, where she led transformation efforts across business systems, DevOps platforms, and enterprise analytics. She also served as senior director of the project office and IT strategy. Earlier in her career, she worked at Network Access Solutions, Cable & Wireless, KPMG and a technology consulting firm.
