The company said Tuesday the appointments include leadership roles in managed services, finance, federal and cleared services, and technology and innovation.

Who Are the New Members of Summit 7’s Executive Leadership Team?

Boucher was promoted to vice president of technology and innovation, a newly created role within the company. He will lead efforts to advance internal technology capabilities and promote innovation across Summit 7’s offerings.

Shipley was promoted to VP of federal and cleared services. He will oversee initiatives serving federal and cleared clients.

Ordonez joined Summit 7 as VP of managed services. He will lead the company’s managed service teams supporting Guardian, Vigilance and Commander customers.

Patterson joined the company as VP of finance. She will oversee accounting operations and develop long-term financial plans.

What Is Summit 7?

Summit 7 provides managed security, IT and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, or CMMC, compliance services for Department of War contractors and other customers across the defense industrial base.

In 2025, the Huntsville, Alabama-based company acquired GRC Academy to strengthen its capability to support organizations navigating the DOW’s CMMC program and other federal requirements. During the same year, it also helped 50 organizations achieve CMMC Level 2 compliance.
