Client Solution Architects has received the 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award from the Department of Labor in recognition of the Virginia Beach, Virginia-based government technology services contractor’s commitment to employing and retaining former service members.
CSA said Thursday it was presented with the gold award in the large business category after meeting the HIRE Vets Act Medallion Program’s veteran employment and integration assistance criteria, including leadership programs, human resource initiatives and pay compensation and tuition assistance programs for former service personnel.
“Veterans comprise more than 52 percent of our CSA workforce across the globe, and each one brings skills, experience and values that are vital to the work we do to support our customers’ missions,” said CSA CEO Amy Bleken.
Aside from CSA, DOL has recognized 858 other companies from 49 U.S. states for their efforts to hire and provide a career growth plan for military veterans.
