Jamie Landers, former director of business development for advanced programs atLockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), has joined Maxar Technologies (NYSE: MAXR) as vice president of business development.
She announced her new role at the satellite imagery provider in a LinkedIn post Tuesday.
Landers led BD functions for Lockheed’s Advanced Program Development effort over the past three years. Previously, she was a business development manager for a team of satellite communications specialists and senior capture manager for the commercial civil space business at the Bethesda, Maryland-based contractor.
Her industry experience also included roles as space domain awareness program manager at Analytical Graphics Inc. and systems design engineer at Boeing (NYSE: BA).
The Pennsylvania State University graduate served as an executive committee member of the Consortium for Execution of Rendezvous and Servicing Operations, a trade organization that promotes government and industry best practices for managing satellites in orbit.
