He served as senior director of the unit’s global supply chain for more than two years prior to his promotion.
Guzzardi started his career at the company in 2003 as manager of program contracts and later managed business contracts and compliance functions related to the global integrated sensors product line under Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems.
He also oversaw contracts and supply chain operations in senior director role focused on mission systems, sensors and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
Earlier in his career, Guzzardi was director of contracts at Nortel Networks.
