Bob Donahue, founder and CEO of By Light, said in a statement published Monday that the modeling and simulation and virtual training capabilities of the McLean, Virginia-headquartered systems integrator will gain from the addition of Veraxx to the fold.
“We look forward to augmenting By Light’s synthetic training environment capabilities to include Veraxx’s full-flight simulators and expand our expertise to include additional platform aircraft,” he added.
Veraxx provides the U.S. Army, Navy and Marine Corps with aircraft training support. Its portfolio includes flight training devices, hardware and software and maintenance services while its expertise covers the V-22 Osprey, CH-53 King Stallion MH helicopters and other platforms.
“By joining By Light, we’ll be able to combine our core capabilities to offer an expanded set of products and services,” commented Chris Conrad, co-founder and CEO of Veraxx.
