Signal Mountain holds a spot on government contracting vehicles and has a two-decade history of providing satcom services to agencies including NASA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency and U.S. Army, Anuvu said Thursday.
The prime government contractor offers satcom systems, multi-protocol label switching and other wireless network products and services. It is planned to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Anuvu.
“[The Signal Mountain team is] a trusted partner to U.S. government agencies, and we look forward to continuing that very successful relationship,” said Josh Marks, CEO of Anuvu. He considers the acquisition as “the next natural step” in the company’s growth pursuits.
