WidePoint Secures $73M Coast Guard Cellular Wireless Managed Service Task Order

WidePoint (NYSE American: WYY) has received a $73.4 million task order from the U.S. Coast Guard for cellular managed services.

The task order was awarded under the Cellular Wireless Management Services 2.0 blanket purchase agreement with the Department of Homeland Security and has a base performance period of six months with $7.9 million in funding, the company said Wednesday.

Work on the task order started on May 1 and will run through Oct. 31, 2026.

WidePoint CEO Jin Kang said the company is excited with the extension of its Coast Guard work through October 2026 and is committed to ensuring that the service and other DHS agencies using the BPA achieve operational efficiency and improved accountability.

Todd Dzyak, president and CEO of WidePoint Integrated Solutions, said the Coast Guard is realizing the benefits of the company’s full lifecycle support, asset and service management and other managed mobility services through the BPA.

Fairfax, Virginia-based WidePoint provides managed mobility services, telecommunications, information technology as a service, digital billing and analytics, cloud security and identity and access management to government and commercial markets.
