GovCIO and Torch.AI have teamed up to provide the Department of Defense with an artificial intelligence and machine learning technology to help DOD process and glean insights from unstructured data.
Torch.AI will provide its AI-based software platform Nexus and work with GovCIO to help the department identify data features and extract intelligence from disparate data sources, GovCIO said Friday.
Mike Ryan, senior vice president of growth and technology at GovCIO’s national security sector, said the company is excited to partner with Torch.AI to process and gain insights from terabytes of unstructured data to help DOD achieve its objectives.
Bob Owens, SVP of mission strategy at Torch.AI, said the partnership will unlock value from various sources of data as the Pentagon advances digital transformation.
