Amy Wood, a nearly 25-year industry veteran, has been named senior vice president of finance and accounting at Reston, Virginia-based information technology systems integrator Intelligent Waves.
She will oversee Intelligent Wave’s finance department and support corporate growth initiatives in her new position, the company said Monday.
The certified public accountant previously held leadership roles at Technology Advancement Group, Xator, Merlin International, Apptis, Xcalibur and Electronic Data Systems. Her professional experience includes financial management, business development and administration.
“Amy’s proven track record in growth-oriented financing in the federal contracting space will be a valuable asset in helping IW meet its growth objectives,” said Tony Crescenzo, president of Intelligent Waves.
