Neil Johnson, chairman of Qinetiq, said in statement Tuesday that Prior will bring to the company’s board his professional experience in the aerospace, defense and government services, information technology and cybersecurity sectors.
Prior, a former U.S. Marine Corps intelligence officer, also serves as a board member at Carlyle portfolio companies Novetta Solutions, KLDiscovery and Two Six Technologies, where he is the chairman.
He also joined the board of security solutions and data analytics company Shift5 in mid-July.
