The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded three companies separate five-year contracts worth potentially $916 million combined to help U.S. military branches manage facilities within the European and African areas of responsibility.
DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa chose the awardees among 18 offers in a competitive acquisition, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
A prior solicitation notice listed commercial items required for the maintenance, repair and operation of a facility. MRO products include heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, plumbing and electrical systems and construction supplies.
