Salient CRGT has secured a five-year, $105 million contract to help the U.S. Agency for International Development manage information technology portfolio, consolidate IT services, adopt cloud computing approaches, update networks and secure systems.
The single-award USAID Strategic Programs contract covers support for the agency’s Office of the Chief Information Officer across six functional areas, Salient CRGT said Tuesday.
OCIO will work with the company to manage enterprise architecture, projects, quality, investments, audit work and Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act compliance.
Tom Ferrando, CEO of Salient CRGT, said the company aims to assist USAID in addressing the agency’s international development and disaster assistance mission.
USAID awarded the contract under the General Services Administration’s Alliant 2 contract vehicle.
