David Chandler, formerly an account growth professional at DRT Strategies, has joined GovernmentCIO as vice president of growth for the Department of Health and Human Services business, the information technology company announced Thursday in a LinkedIn post.
In his previous role, Chandler led DRT’s business development activities and product briefings for C-level executives from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Food and Drug Administration executives.
He co-founded IM3 Mobile and helped the consumer analytics platform business establish partnerships within the health care sector. Before that, he served as delivery manager and business intelligence solution lead at SRA.
His career also included time as technical lead for Dynamic Research and database administrator for Democracy Data & Communication.
GovernmentCIO offers cybersecurity, data analytics and management and digital technology support services in the government market.
