State Dept Shortlists 25 Companies for Worldwide Architecture, Engineering Support IDIQ

The State Department’s bureau of overseas buildings operations has released a list of 25 companies shortlisted for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide worldwide architecture and engineering support services.

The bureau concluded stage 1 reviews and will move to the next phase to select the companies that will provide planning, engineering, design and construction assessment services and building support for U.S. diplomatic posts worldwide, the State Department said Wednesday.

The shortlisted companies are:

  • EBL Engineers
  • EXP Federal
  • EYP Architecture & Engineering
  • Gensler
  • HDR KCCT JV
  • HGA Mid-Atlantic
  • Jacobs’ (NYSE: J) government services business
  • Lake Flato Architects
  • Leo A Daly
  • Mason & Hanger Group
  • Michael Graves & Associates
  • Moore Ruble Yudell Architects & Planners
  • Murphy Burnham & Buttrick Architects
  • ODA-Architecture
  • Page Southerland Page
  • Rios Clementi Hale Studios
  • SmithGroup
  • Thomas Phifer and Partners
  • WXY Architecture + Urban Design
  • Yost Grube Hall Architects

The bureau has finished 164 diplomatic facilities since the beginning of the department’s Capital Security Construction Program in 1999 and oversees more than 70 active projects worldwide.
