In his new role, DeNardi will lead the company’s investor relations strategy and serve as the primary liaison with the financial community, including shareholders and analysts. He will also support key financial initiatives aimed at advancing Amentum’s long-term expansion plans.

Who Is Joseph DeNardi?
DeNardi is a finance executive with extensive experience in investor relations, corporate finance and capital markets within the government services and defense sectors. Before joining Amentum, he held multiple senior leadership roles at SAIC, including serving as head of corporate financial planning and analysis and as senior vice president for investor relations.
He spent over 13 years at Stifel Financial, where he served as a managing director in equity research, covering the aerospace, defense and government services sectors. He began his career at Stifel as an associate analyst.
