Aquia has appointed Heather Caudle as senior vice president of growth and strategy as the company expands its presence across government agencies.
In her new role, Caudle will lead the company’s federal growth strategy, with responsibility for business development, capture and partnership initiatives aimed at expanding contract opportunities, Aquia said Monday.
Who Is Heather Caudle?
Caudle brings more than a decade of federal market experience, including managing pipelines exceeding $2 billion and securing work across civilian and Department of War agencies. She specializes in business development life cycle management, pricing strategy, proposal leadership and program management.
