Moffatt & Nichol-Burns & McDonnell Team Wins $99M IDIQ for NAVFAC Architectural, Engineering Services

A team comprised of Moffatt & Nichol and Burns & McDonnell won a potential five-year, $99M contract to provide architect-engineer services to Naval Facilities Engineering Command's waterfront construction, repair or renovation projects in Hawaii.

NAVFAC received three proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via the U.S. Navy's e-commerce portal and obligated $9.3M on the first task order, the Department of Defense said Friday.

The partnership will design wharf structures for Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam under the initial task order and will aim to complete the work by February 2022.  

Projects covered by the IDIQ award will take place at various government facilities throughout the NAVFAC Hawaii area of responsibility and
