Harper Construction has won a potential $99.2M tasj order from the U.S. Navy to design and build a facility in China Lake, California, for integrating mission systems. The branch will merge functions in some Naval Air Weapons Station buildings that suffered damage last year from earthquakes into the future Michelson Mission Systems Integration Laboratory, the Department of Defense said Friday.
