Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has secured a position on a potential five-year, $125M contract to provide design-build and construction services to the General Services Administration’s special programs division.

The company can compete for tasks orders to build, repair or alter interior and exterior buildings via the multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, according to a notice posted Dec. 23 on the beta SAM website.

Work under the IDIQ will include carpentry, masonry, mechanical, plumbing, architectural, landscaping, storm, earthwork, drainage, electrical and demolition services.

GSA said it will provide a $1K minimum guarantee to each contractor for the first base year and that funds for individual orders will range from $2K to $25M.

The IDIQ includes four one-year option periods.
